The filtering pre separators are designed to work connected to the vacuum system where they accumulate the extracted materials.
The filtering system is composed of filtering sleeves in polyester felt with internal tensioning springs and an automatic time-controlled filter cleaning system via a chamber backwash valve.
It comes equipped with a cyclonic materials inlet reinforced with Hardox, enabling it to retain even the finest particles.
Support frame available for Big Bag emptying.
During use, it should be positioned as close as possible to the materials to be sucked up to ensure maximum performance and reduce friction in the tubes.
The discharge valve comes with a manual or pneumatic actuator.
Each one comes equipped with a maximum level sensor to be connected to the suction system.
