ATEX CERTIFIED VACUUM CLEANER FOR PHARMACEUTICAL DUST CONTAINMENT

Z22 version of the compact unit in Delfin's industrial dust extractor range. 

This compact vacuum cleaner features a state-of-the-art filtration system, including an absolute HEPA filter capable of retaining particles down to 0.18 microns with an efficiency of 99.995%. For even greater protection, additional filters can be installed at both the air intake and air outlet. The Bibo (BagIn-BagOut) system ensures safe replacement of the absolute filter, preventing any contact with sucked-in dust.

Handling of sucked-in material is equally safe, thanks to crimpable containment bags that prevent dust dispersion during disposal.

head/head satinized outside and polished inside. Various motor options, with vacuum limiting valve for motor protection, allow the unit to be adapted to the specific needs of the pharmaceutical production process.
