The Tecnoil 500 is the first complete solution to guarantee cleaning and maintaining of tanks from liquids, oils and even muds. Powerful turbine, 500 liters liquid capacity and 75 litres for chips and forklift for easier handling.
Four tasks for a complete and easy maintenance of your CNC machinery:
✓ SUCTION: it removes liquids, chips and swarf from the tank
✓ FILTRATION: it filters the liquids from muds/chips and collect them into the 500 liters container
✓ CLEANING: it cleans tanks and machine container once emptied, by means of a high-pressure cleaning lance, by using the vacuumed oils or water
✓ REINJECT: the discharge pump returns the cleaned liquid in to the CNC tanks
